Boca Raton, FL based wedding planning company that had been running almost entirely off Instagram and The Knot, not by choice, but by circumstance. Their previous Wix site had become completely inaccessible after an email lockout that nobody could fix, leaving them without a web presence they actually owned.
Beyond the locked-out site, their inquiry process was entirely manual. Every lead that came in had to be hand-keyed into Rock Paper Coin, their CRM — a time tax on every single booking conversation.
I rebuilt their site from the ground up and connected it directly to their systems, so new inquiries flow straight into Rock Paper Coin without anyone touching them.
